The Practical Version of IDT
Chapter 2 of the book GALACRÁCKTICO® El Ejecutivo de 2040: Pensar Futuro. Decidir Hoy. (in Spanish), published by GCC, is the practical version of IDT. Mauricio Peschard wrote it under the title “Transformación Digital Inteligente. La verdad incómoda: la IA no se compra, se construye” (Intelligent Digital Transformation. The uncomfortable truth: AI is not bought, it is built).
The practical rules, cases, and self-assessment in IDT in Practice come from that chapter.
