In Summary

Intelligent & Lean Enterprise Architecture (ILEA) is an original, practical, and agile model that redefines Enterprise Architecture as a structural discipline oriented to decision-making, coherence, and evolution, rather than as a documentation or technology exercise.

The model establishes a common architectural language, a set of principles, and a structure of domains and relationships that make it possible to understand, assess, and design enterprise architectures in environments driven by Artificial Intelligence, agents, and digital platforms, while maintaining control, governance, and architectural clarity.

The model delimits the framework within which architectural decisions are made; how to implement it in each organization is part of the author’s applied knowledge, offered through Bakabia or GCC (Gochy Consulting Consortium).
